This referral program is offered by Meta Flow Ltd. (d/b/a Lumen) (“Lumen”, “we”, "us" or “our”).

Lumen reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate this program and/or amend the terms of this program at any given time without prior written notice. Any purchase of the Lumen Device from our website in connection with this program is subject to our Terms of Use.

Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the same meaning given to them in the Terms of Use.

Eligibility and How to Refer. 

Each User using a Lumen App (version 2.187.38 or later versions) downloaded or updated as of November 25, 2024 onward (“November 2024 Version”) and holding a paid and active Subscription (“Referring User”) may refer up to ten (10) friends and others (each, a “Referred User”) to the Services directly through the Lumen App by accessing the “Refer Friends” feature or by using a coupon received by e-mail (each, a “Referral”).

Successful Referral. 

A Referral will be considered successful if the Referred User purchases a Lumen Device through our website, and does not cancel the purchase of the Lumen Device within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase (“Successful Referral”). 

Rewards. 

Each Successful Referral will entitle the Referring User to: (i) have two (2) months added to the end of any existing subscription to the Lumen Services at no cost to the Referring User; and (ii) a one-time $40 discount off the purchase of a Lumen Device. The one-time $40 discount offer may be used for six (6) months from the date the Referral is considered a Successful Referral (collectively, the "Rewards").      

Reward Delivery and Notification. 

Rewards shall be delivered to the Referring User upon determination that the Referral constitutes a Successful Referral, provided that Lumen does not have any reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity in connection with such purchase. 

The Referring User will be notified by e-mail once a Referred User has purchased a Lumen Device and when the Reward has been earned.     

Referral Program - Prior App Version. 

Referring Users who have not updated their Lumen App to the November 2024 Version and who are holding an earlier version (“Prior Version of the Lumen App”) may refer up to three (3) friends or others to the Services.

Each Successful Referral made via the Prior Version of the Lumen App will entitle both the Referring User and the Referred User to have two (2) additional months added to the end of an existing subscription to the Lumen Services at no cost.

Age Requirement. 

To participate in the Referral Program, the Referring User must be at least eighteen (18) years old.

Fraud; Abuse; Right to Refuse Rewards. 

Lumen reserves the right to refuse to issue any Reward to any Referring User or Referred User at any time, including without limitation if Lumen suspects any fraudulent activity by the Referring User or Referred User or any conduct that breaches these terms.

Non-Transferable. 

The Rewards are personal and are non-transferable.

No Cash Redemption. 

For the avoidance of doubt, the Rewards may not be redeemed for cash.

Changes; Suspension; Termination. 

Lumen reserves the right to vary, suspend, or terminate any or all elements of the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Revocation. 

Any Rewards will be revoked if a refund is requested or granted for the order for which the Reward was offered.

No Self-Referrals. 

Self-referrals are not permitted.
