We’re looking for a versatile and customer-orientated individual to join our team as a Membership Success Specialist.
As part of our Membership Success Team, you will be mainly responsible for assisting customers in the phases of their lifecycle that relate to renewals and membership management.
The role focuses on utilizing both service and sales skills to improve and exceed customer satisfaction and retention. This includes assisting customers on a wide variety of topics in pre/post sale phases as well as collaborating with other teams to develop membership flows.
The ideal candidate for this role should be a team player with a “no task too small” mindset, have strong sales skills, passionate about solving problems, and have the ability to clearly communicate and present information.
