Customer Services Nutritionist - NYC

 
We’re looking for an outstanding Nutritionist to join our team and be part of a life-changing technology that improves metabolic health and quality of life.
Our ideal candidate must be a native English speaker (or equivalent) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a part of the Customer Services team, you will have the opportunity to empower our users to make smarter decisions about their nutrition and their lifestyle. You will help our customers achieve their metabolic goals by using Lumen.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nutritional and physiological guidance, as well as product and technical support via online chat, email, and video call
  • Build great relationships with our customers and increase customer satisfaction
  • Conduct nutrition calls with customers 
  • Work closely with the Product team on new initiatives

What we’re looking for

  • Native English speaking level- (both verbal and written) - MUST!
  • BS.c in Nutrition Science
  • M.Sc in Nutrition Science - a significant advantage
  • Clinical experience  - a significant advantage
  • Experience working with US-based customers - an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-orientated
  • Ability to multitask without compromising quality
  • Technical troubleshooting ability

  • Team player

Our NY office is located in Soho, Manhattan, and we are working in a hybrid model.
